Easy to get to and the support of Barnes and Noble Book seller and Starbucks coffee has turned this venue into the
largest monthly Cruise in the South. The truly incredible thing is not just the sheer numbers but the quality and rarity of some of the cars that show up. Every first Sunday of the month this incredible gathering happens. All the parking lots around Barns and Noble were filled and spectators parked in adjacent lots and across the street. I estimate that there were 1,300 display cars and upwards of 10,000 spectators. Check out JP Brady's Photos, his eye and camera not only caught the flavor of the event but some incredible personal moments. I took a few too.

Turnout and quality was indeed incredible! About 8 of us from Ford Performance of Atlanta had our cars there. If it starts filling any earlier, will have to consider sleeping overnight? LOL This has undoubtedly surpassed Po Boys, which has been largest with between 5-800 cars.
I believe one of reasons for huge success is the timing, as in the incredible heat we're having, few want to be out in a parking lot on black asphalt in the worst heat of theday between 1-5. Very pleasant yesterday! Those that organize and put on car shows should take note? Even seems to be "2 shifts" for the several hundred cars at W Cobb Wendy's and also Po Boys! Late afternoon, early evening might seem to be a good idea....especially if tied to bar/restaurant location?

This was the first Ford pickup built on a dedicated truck chassis rather than a car-based frame,…

The “Car Guy’s Garage”
Step inside a place like this and you can almost hear the echoes of every wrench turned and every engine fired back to life. The light hums off the old signs, Route 66, Coca-Cola, Phillips 66, and the smell is that unmistakable mix of oil, leather, and stories. This isn’t just a garage. It’s a…
