DESCRIPTION:Registration ends in 4 days on August 12, 2017 5:00 PM 
 EDT\r\n\r\nUntil further notice we will be running on a three-heat for
 mat.  Each class will be placed into Heat A, B, or C.  Attempts will
  be made to keep the same classes running together throughout the seas
 on, but some classes may need to shift to help balance the numbers in 
 the three heats.  Which heat runs at what point during the day will r
 otate throughout the season, so that everyone will have equal time run
 ning first, working first, and resting first.  Please pay attention t
 o the Heat assignments that are posted at Registration. \r\n \r\n\r\
 nOf all the groups running at Road Atlanta, SCCA encompasses the wides
 t variety of competition vehicles. On any given weekend you’re likel
 y to see races with production-based cars from the smallest commuter v
 ehicle through fire-breathing Corvettes and Vipers, single-seat formul
 a cars from 40 hp VW engines and 600cc motorcycle drivetrains through 
 winged monsters that resemble F1 or Indy Cars, purpose-built, tube fra
 me “silhouette” GT cars that resemble production cars, and multipl
 e classes of open cockpit sports racers with varying levels of perform
 ance. And while we don’t (yet) have a class for SUVs or mini-vans, w
 e DO have a class for compact pick-up trucks!\r\nAll these cars can’
 t be on the track at the same time so there are multiple races for the
  different classes throughout the weekend, sometimes as many as eight 
 in one day. If you happen to be disinterested in what you’re seeing 
 right now, wait thirty minutes for something else. And for those who l
 ike to move around to various viewing spots around the track, we also 
 have selected races that last up to three hours as well.\r\n\n\nFor mo
