DESCRIPTION:The Carolina Cruise, patterned after the Woodward Dream Cr
 uise, is designed to give the automotive enthusiast the opportunity, f
 or one day, to join other enthusiast and show their automotive passion
 . At the same time, we hope to create an economic impact to area busin
 esses and promote area charities.  On September 5, 2020, US HWY 29 wil
 l become alive with automotive enthusiast creating “The Carolina Cru
 ise”. The 14-mile route is from the new Atrium Health Baseball Park 
 in Kannapolis to the Charlotte Motor Speedway. The Carolina Cruise wil
 l become a rolling car show – no judging, just fun. We are working w
 ith area businesses to provide additional activities. The event websit
 e www.thecarolinacruise.com is kept up to date with all activities and
  guidelines to help make this a fun event for years to come.  The Caro
 lina Cruise is open to all motorized vehicles that are legal to travel
  on North Carolina highways. And the best news is --------- IT’S FRE
 E…….. NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED. This is not an escorted cruise. In
  fact, participates will not stage and then leave at the same time. Pa
 rticipates are free to travel the route or their variation of it, as o
 ften as they chose, anytime they chose and are free to plan their part
  of the cruise to include their friends and/or club members. You can j
 oin in anytime and anywhere between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. All NC traffi
 c laws MUST BE OBEYED. There will be no “free passes” through traf
 fic lights.  Looks like we're still going to be in Phase 2 of the reop
 ening. This event will still take place as planned. Gatherings of more
  than 25 people in a single space are not allowed, but that's not a pr
 oblem for this cruise. Your vehicle will serve as your \"bubble of com
