  generates funds to help subsidized costs for single Soldiers, geograp
 hical bachelors, and single parents Soldiers to attend Recreation/Leis
 ure activities at a reduced cost. These funds also help the Soldiers p
 ut on community service projects such as \"Fishing with Awaiting Famil
 ies and the Survivor Out Reach Services\" in a fun filled day of fishi
 ng and cookout. This event has over 30 kids who participate, these kid
