 crete fell. While it is possible the concrete chunk was thrown from th
 e Shelby Avenue Bridge, the police department has not identified anyon
 e to this point who saw that happen.Shelton Jr.'s family offered the r
 eward for information leading to the arrest and conviction in adult co
 urt of the person or persons responsible for his death if the concrete
  chunk that went through his windshield was part of a criminal act.Any
