DESCRIPTION:New Rider Course at Southern Devil Harley-Davidson. The Ne
 w Rider Course follows the proven curriculum of the Motorcycle Safety 
 Foundation (MSF) Basic RiderCourse tailored for beginning riders or th
 ose returning to the sport. During the classroom interactive sessions,
  expectations will be set, you'll learn about the different types of m
 otorcycles, their controls & operation, MotorClothes® for comfort & p
 rotection, how to create a strategy for riding in traffic & dealing wi
 th critical situations, and the basic skills to prepare you for the ri
 ding on the range. You'll find out how alcohol and other drugs affect 
 your ability to ride safely. You will also get a chance to trial fit d
 ifferent motorcycles & MotorClothes® with a look into the Harley-Davi
 dson® lifestyle through the dealership. During the range we'll start 
 you off with familiarization of the controls, clutch & throttle contro
 l, straight line riding, turning, shifting and stopping. Then, you wil
 l progress to more interactive and advanced street skills, slow speed 
 tight maneuvers, braking, turning, and swerving techniques. The course
  concludes with a Skill Evaluation and Knowledge Test. The class fee i
