DESCRIPTION:Tire Rack Street Survival Teen School\n\nLast year, over 5
 ,000 teenagers died in motor vehicle crashes, the leading killer of Am
 erican youths aged 16 to 19, accounting for more than 40 percent of fa
 talities in that age bracket. To reduce this number, Tire Rack Street 
 Survival has developed a non-profit, national driver education program
  aimed at teaching teens the skills they need to stay alive behind the
  wheel.  Peachstate PCA has joined forces with the nationally recogniz
 ed Tire Rack Street Survival school for teens to help Peachstate's tee
 ns learn to drive more safely, and at an affordable price.   Tire Rac
 k Street Survival school for teens is now registering students and loo
 king for volunteer Peachstate DE Driving Instructors for the upcoming 
 school to be held Saturday, April 21, 8:30AM-4:00PM at Gwinnett County
  Fairgrounds Sugarloaf Parkway parking lot. The cost for students is a
  highly-subsidized $75, and space is limited. Drinks and lunch provid
 ed.  The primary emphasis of the Tire Rack Street Survival is a \"hand
 s-on\" driving experience in real-world situations! We use your own ca
 r to teach you about its handling limits and how you can control them.
  The students will become more observant of the traffic situation they
  find themselves in. They will learn to look far enough ahead to antic
 ipate unwise actions of other drivers. As the students master the appl
 ication of physics to drive their cars, they will make fewer unwise dr
 iving actions themselves. They will understand why they should always 
 wear their own seatbelts, and why they should insist that their passen
 gers wear seatbelts, too.  It's about more than driving - it's about L
