    Hey Mike!

I did enjoy our chat at the ROMEO's breakfast last Tuesday. I have joined your web page and put photos of three of my vehicles on there. I also placed my 1969 Buick GS Stage-1 Convertible on the MotorHead Classifies last Tuesday but do not see it when I look for in on the Classifies page. I can see it under my entries but not in the Classifies. Could you please help me in discovering what I am not doing correctly? I would appreciate your help. Until next time.

    Hudsonly,

    BOB Hunt

The foster and adoptive parents of Hall County extend an invitation to you to attend our 3rd annual car show on April 27th, 2013! The show location is the Hayes Dodge dealership, 3115 Frontage Rd in Gainesville GA from 11:00 to 5:00 with trophies awarded at 4:00.. All the money we collect goes to benefit the children in foster care in our county. We provide care bags when a foster child comes into foster care with all the necessities like a tooth brush and tooth paste and things like a new toy, a blanket... We also provide Christmas gifts for every child in care and we are looking to start up providing a birthday gift for their special day. We need your help to be able to take care of the 130 or so Hall County foster children. Registration is $15 per vehicle. We also welcome venders. Check out our website and see pics of our other car shows at www.lovehopehealing.com! We hope to see you there!!

I was curious if you have ever tried to get a road rally together. Not for speed but Similar to the Model A social security run in Lagrange that they do every May? But for all classic cars?
  • Harold Hewitt

What do you know about setting up a car show for charity. I am on the planning committee for an asthma camp thats out at Camp Twin Lakes in Rutledge. We need to raise money for "camperships" that can bring a child to camp that can't afford it. Let me know any ideas.

Mike, I just wanted you to know that I have started a photo gallery of the car shows I attend this summer.  The photos are organized by show and the show name, date, and location to make it easy to find a particular car.  Some folks may like to see if their car is there.  I just updated the site yesterday with the cars at the Loganville Cruise in at Sonic.  Here is the link: https://sites.google.com/site/waltscarshowgallery/home

    Thanks Brent Walter

    Hi Mike,

Thanks for the add! We're coming over to the USA for a Road trip in September. Avid Petrol heads, we love Classics Cars and Bikes and Rods. So I'm on the look out for Collections, Cruises and Car shows we can take in on the way round, I thought this would be a good place to start. We're doing a rough circuit from Atlanta, via, Montgomery, Memphis,  Nashville and Chattanooga, plus might make some detours for anything good! All suggestions welcome.....

    Thanks

    Julie

Michael: Thanks for your friend invite. The web site looks like it will have helpful information for dates and times on local car events. I have three vehicles  being a 67 Camaro; 69 F-100 pickup; 71 Nova. I also have a 2012 Chevy Silverado that has been converted to be driven from my electric wheelchair. I am planning to attend the car Show at Togwatee Plaza on the 8th of March. If you are there I will look up,

    Johnny
