Hello I would like to personally invite you to attend The foster and adoptive parents of Hall County 4th annual car, truck and bike show on May 3rd, 2014! The show location is the Hayes Dodge dealership, 3115 Frontage Rd in Gainesville GA from 11:00 to 3:00 with trophies awarded at 2:30. All the money we collect goes to benefit the children in foster care in our county. We provide care bags when a foster child comes into foster care with all the necessities like a tooth brush and tooth paste and things like a new toy, a blanket... We also provide Christmas gifts for every child in care and we are looking to start up providing a birthday gift for their special day. We need your help to be able to take care of the 200 or so Hall County foster children. Registration is $15 per vehicle. We also welcome venders. Check out our website and see pics of our other car shows at www.lovehopehealing.com! We hope to see you there!!

Actually that was at Tail of the Dragon in NC; kind of like Wolf Pen Gap, but about 10x longer!

Frank, Welcome to the site. Looks like the picture you posted was taken at Wolfpen Gap? I go up there often with a group of Corvettes and have seen several Lotus up there.

I'm in the SE Lotus Club, which is the country's largest, probably because Lotus is headquartered in Atlanta and there are a lot of Lotuses running around. Some of these are very rare and important cars, including the Esprit given to Mario Andretti after he won the F1 championship in '78, and the "submarine" Esprit from one of the James Bond movies. However, most members aren't too big on shows, except for ones featuring British marques or exotics.

Hey Frank,
It sounds great. This site is cool. http://www.sandsmuseum.com/cars/elise/thecar/series/colors/colora.html It shows a 2005 Lotus, but it lets you look at the car in the different colors available. They refer to Laser Blue and a "Lifestyle Color" :-) Let's see if we can get to some car shows together and I can get some photos of you with it for you page here. have you ever taken it to Road Atlanta? We are very lucky to have it so close.

Welcome Frank!
I love that nick name, Bonzai. What color is your Lotus? My lawyer's is black but I don't think does anything but drive it to work and then only in sunny days :-) I my opinion they are works of art made to DRIVE! Sound like you might agree, driving in the mountains. Do you have some pictures to post for us?
