The foster and adoptive parents of Hall County extend an invitation to you to attend our 4th annual car, truck and bike show on May 3rd, 2014! The show location is the Hayes Dodge dealership, 3115 Frontage Rd in Gainesville GA from 11:00 to 3:00 with trophies awarded at 2:30. We need your help to be able to take care of the 200 or so Hall County foster children. Registration is $15 per vehicle. We also welcome venders. My Rickman uses a BSA rear wheel, But I put a Kaw single rotor wheel in the front and still kept the Bettor forks. I haven't ridden it in over 30 years, but as best I remember it stopped very well, 325 lbs. wet. Joe

AHH Someone else who likes British iron. In the late 60's and early 70's I was a Norton/Ducati dealer in NJ. At the present time a have a Rickman nickel plated frame with a 1958 750 cc Atlas engine. It was brought from England in the mid 60's to run dirt short tracks. Then along came the 2 strokes. The other Norton is a 16H 490 cc single side valve that I bought from India. I hope to get the Rickman restored this year, should not take too much, just body work. I changed the glass and made a Cafe Racer out of it. Nice to chat with you, Joe
