The way things are going the shocks will be the easy part, it's the gasoline that is the killer. What the heck just enjoy your ride. Any car that puts a smile on your face is a good one.

You should have seen them in their prime. We had over 300 0n the Daytona Speedway one year. There is still a show in Myrtle Beach SC that is all PT's, it actually is the longest running PT Cruiser event in the world. Haven't been doing much car wise these days, lots of things to do when you are retired.

Welcome Alfonzo!
Welcome over to our website! Are you considering a car or motorcycle show to attend? We will be pleased to help bring a broader awareness to all vehicle events.
I am looking forward to some great photos (and maybe videos) of your Hornet, as well as the various other vehicles you favor, and events you enjoy, too. We want as many photos as we can get. We can upload 100 at a time! Also, it is good to write about your "wheels" adventures on the blog, as we all enjoy stories from our members.
One of the real strengths of our website is the feature that any member can add events whenever they find one that we have overlooked! You do not have to "submit" through emails or the postal service, etc.
Please invite your family and friends as this helps the site grow and improves your social network communications. If I can help at all with any of your projects, call me at 770-883-0160.
Sincerely,
Mike Thies

The Person Who Keeps the Field Working

A Concours d’Elegance may look simple from the outside: beautiful cars, polished chrome, fresh grass, well-dressed owners, judges with clipboards, and spectators enjoying the day. But anyone who has worked behind the scenes knows better. A…

A Bite of History - Marcos  By Mike Thies

A Bite of History - Marcos

By Mike Thies

The Marcos was one of those wonderfully unconventional British sports car companies that could only have come from the postwar racing world. The company was founded in 1959 by Jem Marsh and aerodynamicist Frank Costin, with the name Marcos coming from Marsh and Costin. Costin brought serious aircraft and racing design experience to the project, and that influence showed up immediately in the cars: low frontal area, light weight,…
