AnachroCon, founded in 2009, is the premier place in the Southern United States for people to celebrate historical reenacting, alternate history, steampunk, science, fabrication, literature, costuming, and socialization with people of like minds. ... We are much more than a science fiction convention.
AnachroCon has a long tradition of raising funds for various charities. The AnachroCon Car Show is another vehicle to make those funds available. Various automobiles and other vehicles will be on site during the convention in a special area of the parking lot at the hotel. There will be a bucket next to each vehicle. Vote for your favorite by putting cash into the bucket next to the vehicle you like the most. All funds go to charity and the vehicle that raises the most money is the winner of the Car Show. If you own a vehicle that you’d like to have in the show, contact Linda at carshow@anachrocon.com Bring your camera, bring some cash, have fun and make a difference.
