If you are a biker and love to ride, join us this year as we ride the Georgia's Dragon Suches Loop. This second annual ride benefits all our staff and community morale initiatives for our sworn men and women, civilians, and retirees of the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department. All our proceeds go to our Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation. Our community bikers are welcome to come to take the ride with us!
Our ride will take place on Saturday, June 3, 2023. The cost per bike is $20 and includes a FREE continental breakfast. The ride will start at our Atlanta Fire Station at 3201 Roswell Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30305, Fire Station #21. One stop on the route will occur, to Hideaway Restaurant and, from there, the Georgia's Dragon Suches Loop ride. The start time for check-in is 8:00 am – 9:30 am. Go to the Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation’s Eventbrite page by clicking AFRD Fire & Cycles Motorcycle Charity Ride to register online. Onsite registration will also be available only Saturday, June 3, 2023. Click the 2023 Waiver hyperlink to complete the required waiver form. A completed waiver form signed is required. The riders will ride their bikes through our fire station bay to the line-up. We will have a total of two bays open. Each line starts at the end of Fire Station #21's driveway onto Roswell Road after the rider rides through our fire station bay.
There will also be vending opportunities for those who like to showcase their businesses. We welcome sponsorship involvement to help support our cause. Also, donations of any amount are supportive. The sponsorship amount is $300. Our vending opportunities include two locations which are $200 inside our station bay area and $100 outside on the property.
If you have any questions, please reach out to our team’s Ride Leader, Battalion Chief Gary Robb, Co-Chair Ride Leader, Battalion Chief Deaunte Grier, or Tammie L. Stallworth at (404) 546-7000.
