Event Description

We host these shows to raise money to donate to the under-privileged children in Paulding County. Our car club has been donating to charities since 1989 and would like to invite you to be a part of this great project.
ALL of the money that we raise will be donated to selected charities in Paulding County.
Cash donations, door prizes and vendors are always needed for our annual shows that we hold in April. You can mail any monetary donation to the following address: 2291 Hiram Sudie Rd Hiram, GA 30141. To arrange a door prize pick up please contact Evelyn @ 404-513-3847

Registration fees are as follows: 8am to 1pm
Pre registered cars will be a $20 entry fee.
Gate fee is $25
ALL pre registered cars need to have their application in by April 20, 2015 to participate in the drawing,
All vendor spaces are $25 for a 10x10
Food vendors only will pay $25 fee and an additional 20% of gross income for the day.
Swap meet vendor spaces may vary in size
Spectators 13 and up are $5 each (12 and under free)

We will be giving $100 to the most club participation
Dash Plaques to the first 150 cars
Trophies will be given to the top 20 pick
Drawings will be held at 3pm

First come first serve as we try our best NOT to duplicate vendors.
