In consideration of the right to participate , entrants, participate, and spectators by execution of this registration form, release, and discharge Dunkin’ Donuts, Udonuts LCC, Hinesville Horsepower, sponsors, and their officers, directors, board members, vendors, and anyone else connected with the management and/or presentation of the Hinesville Trunk or Treat event from any and all known and unknown damages whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant or their guest to his or her person or property. Furthermore, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all the foregoing entities, persons, and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants, participants, or vendors assisting or cooperating with entrant and under the direct control of the entrant.
