NORTH GEORGIA JAGUAR CLUB 2015 Concours d'Elegance Chattahoochee Country Club October 11, 2015 3000 Club Drive Gainesville, Georgia 30506 REGISTRATION FORM Due by : September 26, 2015 Entries received after Sept. 26 will be accepted for Display only Name __________________________________________ JCNA Member No. _________ Address __________________________________________ __________________________________________ City ________________________________ State _________ Zip _________ Phone No. ________________________________ Email ___________________________ ________________________________ This is an officially sanctioned JCNA event and JCNA rules will be followed. Owner/Lessee must be present for car to be judged. There will be Champion, Driven, Special and Display-Only Divisions. Information on rules and entrant instructions can be found at www.jcna.com (Concours tab). The fee for advance reservations is $55 for the Champion, Driven and Special Divisions . Fee for additional Jaguars is $10 per car. The advance registration fee for Display Only cars is $40. Please note that two brunches (a $52 value) are included in the registration fee of the first vehicle registered due to sponsorship by Hennessy Jaguar. The reception is $25.00 per person and includes heavy Hors D'Oeuvres, wine, beer and soft drinks. A brunch (sponsored by Hennessy Jaguar) will be available to entrants and North Georgia Jaguar Club & JCNA members at the Chattahoochee Country Club (CCC).
