DeKalb’s best kept secret might be Tucker Industrial Road, home to warehouses and wholesale merchants who offer everything from horticultural products to food to hardware to motor homes and travel trailers! Next to Mountain Industrial and Highway 78, it is easy to find.
In an effort to increase public awareness of this thriving community, business owners have coordinated their second annual one-day street sale. On Saturday, July 24th, 2010, bargain-hunting consumers can cruise down this “Street of Deals”, getting the hottest deals of the year on home and garden supplies, lawn accessories, pond and fountain supplies, hardware, electronics, camping equipment, and Caribbean groceries; PLUS local food vendors, artists, multi-family yard sales, the American Legion and the Masons – it’s all here.
