Since 2010, Snowbird Fest events have welcomed tens of thousands of winter visitors, attending the one-day, four-hour events. Vendors from all forms of business have exhibited, including restaurants, insurance companies, Realtors, property managers, and attractions such as golf, zoos, bowling, and fishing. In addition, a varied selection of entertainment have performed including both the young and old Elvis immitators, who made appearances that had the Snowbirds’ toes tapping, while other entertainers have performed an eclectic mix of beach tunes, country and rock, along with songs from the Rat Pack era! Magicians and jugglers have also performed and amazed the crowds in attendance.

Local area businesses are encouraged to utilize our venues to meet and greet, sharing samples of delicious local area cuisine, demonstrations of their services and products, as well as health screenings, retail sales, art, entertainment and all types of services in a very friendly 'southern hospitality' type of atmosphere that keeps our event packed every year.

The Snowbird Company's 'American Snowbird Network' websites, such as AmericanSnowbird.com, AlabamaSnowbird.com, GeorgiaSnowbird.com, and FloridaSnowbird.com, offer an array of condominiums, homes, villas, and hotel rooms at discounted, offseason, multi-month rates as well as articles and other features geared toward what snowbirds want and need to know about their winter travel.

Snowbird Fest is free to our Snowbird visitors and showcases the products and services of local and regional businesses.

1958 Porsche 356 Speedster

The 1958 Porsche 356 Speedster marks the swan song of one of Porsche’s most iconic and minimalist models. Originally introduced in 1954 at the urging of U.S. importer Max Hoffman, the Speedster was designed to be a low cost, lightweight, stripped-down entry sports car that could double as a weekend racer, especially for the California sports car scene.
