In memory of Co-Founder Dick Howitt and to mark the five year anniversary of his passing, Wheels and Waves 2015 is going back in time to 1999 when it all began. Come enjoy the breathtaking view of the “Waves” in Santa Barbara and bring your “Wheels.”
