Hey all! Been a resident of the north GA area since August and have discovered some great back roads that lead to some cool little towns. Taking a poll to see if any Mustang owners would be interested in doing a 'pony drive' from north Cumming, GA to Dahlonega, GA on a Saturday in May. Thoughts are to get up there by noon, park the Stangs near or on the main street of the town and we all have lunch.
This 'pony drive' would have traffic control provided by local and county police at traffic lights only. There would be a cost involved as it will be a fund raiser. Local merchants will be sponsors and there will be trophies for 'best of' categories. Will even work on obtaining discounts for the dining in Dahlonega.
I have mucho experience in events like this, was founder and president of a Mustang club for 7 years, hosted two Mustang Club of America national shows that drew 500 plus in 2010 and 375 in 2013.
Have organized and hosted 6 regional pony runs that draw an average of 200 plus Mustangs and hosted major benefits that have drawn over 300 cars (of all makes).
Looking to make this an annual event. I see a lot of Mustangs from the extreme N. GA area all the way down to Buckhead. No reason why we can't pull 100 or more the first time! Just looking for feedback regarding interest levels. Thanks!

1958 Porsche 356 Speedster
The 1958 Porsche 356 Speedster marks the swan song of one of Porsche’s most iconic and minimalist models. Originally introduced in 1954 at the urging of U.S. importer Max Hoffman, the Speedster was designed to be a low cost, lightweight, stripped-down entry sports car that could double as a weekend racer, especially for the California sports car scene. With its low windshield,…
