Sounds like a very cool club!  How about coming on for a phone-in interview about the club and your events on my weekly radio show - Wheels Events Radio Hour? It is 7-8 pm on www.garage71.com every Thursday.  Mike 770-883-0160

We were founded on July 30th 1995 and are the oldest car club left in the charleston sc area from that time period, we still have the same president and we are very involved in the community. Right now we are working on a stop the violence rally and car & bike show going down on July 7th in a joint venture with Us Sitting on Chrome, Old School/New School and Rhinos SC car club @ 1840 Reynolds Ave North Charleston SC from 1pm-7pm. We are also Doing a Car Wash and Canned food drive to benefit the lowcountry food bank that is going down on July 21st and it is from 9-2pm. We will also be doing a back to school car show and school supply drive i believe coming up in august as well....we are a fairly small car club currently but we are growing and looking for new members who love cars, Community, Shows, and most of all having Fun which is the key ingredient, we are drama free and we consider ourselves a family!!

A Bite of History: by Mike Thies

1958 Porsche 356 Speedster

The 1958 Porsche 356 Speedster marks the swan song of one of Porsche’s most iconic and minimalist models. Originally introduced in 1954 at the urging of U.S. importer Max Hoffman, the Speedster was designed to be a low cost, lightweight, stripped-down entry sports car that could double as a weekend racer, especially for the California sports car scene. With its low windshield,…

1948 Rover P3 Saloon

The 1948 Rover P3 Saloon marked a pivotal moment in the evolution of British motoring. Introduced in the immediate aftermath of World War II, the P3 was a bridge between prewar craftsmanship and the modern engineering ethos that would come to define Rover’s future. Although its styling retained many traditional elements, including an upright grille, separate fenders, and rear-hinged front…
