Hi Michael thanks for the comments .I bought the car on eBay in '09 and decided just to turn her into a woodie wagon (because of the '40 look and the running boards)I have a very talented son in law that didn't have a job so we started transforming her into what u see .I never saw a vw woodie before so I designed her from "scratch" All the wood came from Lowe's .The door hadles are from a "screen door kits" and the tail lites are from a model "a" ( dug on the S T O P ).She is ALL VW .I mean nothing was cut out as what I've seen now I have made a cd of about 130 + pic of her transformation and would love to see her in a magazine
