Appreciate the compliments.  I do want to come out but my car is just not ready.  I'd like to get it back in show condition before I actually bring it to a show.

Things I need to fix:
crack in front lower part of the bumper
new or redo the seats and carpeting to match
re-do the paint on the interior (some areas are chipping)

new rims and tires would help too

vertical doors

As you can see, there is a lot that I would like to do to it, but of course its the same old thing, where do you spend the money.  I am looking for sponsors that I can work with to get this done, so if you know someone or can help with this, definitely let me know :)  I will be promoting the car quite a bit as it's for my clothing line. Check it out and let me know what you think: http://www.ekgenes.com

Thanks Mike

A Bite of History - Marcos

By Mike Thies

The Marcos was one of those wonderfully unconventional British sports car companies that could only have come from the postwar racing world. The company was founded in 1959 by Jem Marsh and aerodynamicist Frank Costin, with the name Marcos coming from Marsh and Costin. Costin brought serious aircraft and racing design experience to the project, and that influence showed up immediately in the cars: low frontal area, light weight,…
