Black Diamond Motor Sports New Ford GT

Black Diamond Motor Sports is pleased to announce the recent procurement of a beautiful 2005 Ford GT! This rare exotic is truly one of the most amazing road cars ever produced, and we are one of the only clubs in the country that has one. With only 4038 examples produced between 2005 and 2006, the chances of getting behind the wheel of one of these is an opportunity that should not be missed, so don?t miss yours.

For those history buffs out there, here is a quick background on the car: The Ford GT is based on the original Ford GT40 that won the 24 hours of Le Mans 4 years in a row, from 1966 to 1969. The idea for the car was born after Henry Ford II had a falling out with Enzo Ferrari in regards to Ford purchasing Ferrari. Ford was then determined to build a car that would beat Ferrari where no one else could, at the famous Le Mans circuit where Ferrari had remained undefeated for the last 6 years. The result was a success, and the legendary Ford GT40 was born.

With over 550 hp, the Ford GT is capable of reaching over 211 mph and delivers a race car experience that few other cars can match, regardless of price. We will be taking reservations starting early next week, so for those of you who have been on the fence about a membership, now is the time to join. Call us at 404-695-9429 to begin the enrollment process and experience a part of history. In the meantime, please enjoy the attached video to whet your appetite:

That's the point of our company. This car, along with our Ferrari F430, are amazing works of art and engineering that many people can only dream of riding in, much less driving. I will get some Ferrari and Porsche pictures up in a bit.

The Volunteer Gap: Thoughts on Why Car Clubs Are Struggling to Fill Leadership Roles, and What to Do About It

With car shows, cruise-ins, tours, parades and varied events across the country, car clubs continue to bring enthusiasts together for camaraderie, preservation, and celebration of automotive history. But behind the scenes, many of these clubs are hitting a serious speed bump: no one wants to take the wheel. Volunteer-run clubs are facing an increasingly common…
