C&O was started about nine years about at a Panera Bread in Marietta, Ga and has outgrown a number of locations, steadily growing over the years to a new record set at Perimeter Mall in Dunwoody, GA last Sunday at an estimated 2500 vehicles! It is now owned by the third owner, Bruce Piefke, who clearly has a handle on how to make it better and better. Over the years, the numbers have intimated some of the owners of the older more classic cars, yet there still is a highly respectable percentage of them to warrant the huge number of spectators to come out to see them! They now allow space for Clubs to meet together and hold a whole parking lot for older classics, antiques and unique collector cars! Bruce has arranged for a whole parking lot for classic and antiques, so the owners are more comfortable, knowing that they can take the needed time to get there without missing out on a prime space for their car! www.SouthEastWheelsEvents.com has been a supporting helper since "the early days" and if anyone has a question or needs assistance, we will make the effort take care of you. The whole event is still free to car owners and spectators alike, thank you to Bruce and his family! He has arranged for sponsors to cover the cost of renting the Mall lot and all the other expenses each month to keep the tradition alive! You can see a list of some of the supporting sponsors here on this webpage! http://caffeineandoctane.com/about/
