this blog is let everyone know about what happened this summer and what we found out. in august 2013 being a mopar family we went to myrtle beach for the mopars at the beach meet. this is a week long meet with different venues all week long. during this event we were to enter the myrtle beach speedway for the car show. my son with his 94 viper had to go around the track to get into infield. while doing so it started raining, hard. making the left turn into the pit area the viper lost traction and hit pit wall. we came back to Georgia and after my son recuperated he called the insurance co only to find out that while at a venue that promotes timed events the car was not covered. so I checked my insurance co and read my policy and lo and behold the same thing. we checked with out agent and she said that every collector insurance policy she chked was the same. we need to change this because his agent said that it didn't matter if it was in the parking lot or on the track, if its at a place that promotes racing or timed events it is not covered. please chk your policy or with your agent this is not right. we should ban together and try to change this . please get back to me my email is phil.brown1950@yahoo.com
