Event Description

THE 2021 DISPLAY

The Automobiles

Cars on Kiawah showcases the evolution of the automobile from the early 1900s through present day. Over 250 cars make up the display including everything from eye-catching concours-level cars and sleek supercars to classic muscle cars and outrageous rat rods.

Our Featured Collector display for 2021 is from Dr. Michael Grosso’s collection.  This will be another eclectic display of interesting rolling art from a long time Lowcountry enthusiast and collector.

Spotlight Group display for 2021 is Porsche’s iconic 356 model. This will be a rare opportunity to experience the history of the 356 Porsche manufactured from 1948 through 1965. There should be a few surprises as well within the display.

The “Car Guy’s Garage”

Step inside a place like this and you can almost hear the echoes of every wrench turned and every engine fired back to life. The light hums off the old signs, Route 66, Coca-Cola, Phillips 66, and the smell is that unmistakable mix of oil, leather, and stories. This isn’t just a garage. It’s a…
