Mail in pre-registration ends one week before show.
Day of show registration time 8:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.
Awards presented at around 3 P.M.
Register up to Thursday @ 6 P.M. before the show using MasterCard,
Visa, AMEX or Discover Card.
