The Roast Pork is one of the signature main dishes. The pig is seasoned with cumin, turmeric and cloves of garlic are inserted trough the pig. It is then slow Roasted and basted to keep the flavors soaking and tenderized with its own juices. The end results is a very tender meat that is very flavorful. To go with this you can try Yuca. Yuca is a root like a potato but it has a stringy structure it is served with a garlic butter sauce.

This is the last day of The Mitty, but I am hoping to buzz down for an hour or two for a "long lunch" to check it out for a while. Might bring a few other Snakes with me...

Hey DB, are you going to Mitty ?? I thought you said you were when I saw you the other day....

Originally introduced in 1954 at the urging of U.S. importer Max Hoffman, the Speedster was designed to be a low cost, lightweight, stripped-down entry sports car that could double as a weekend racer, especially for the California sports car scene. With its low windshield,…
