For Sale By Owner is a charity Event to support Igor's Animal Rescue Farm. All are welcome to buy or sell directly from private owners. No need to drive all over Metro Atlanta, no scary Craigslist scammers. Person to person, safe and friendly environment, easy access at 400 HWY and HWY 369. Display your car, motorcycle, trailer, ATV, tractors, RV's, anything has engine or wheels for a flat fee of $20 outside, $40 inside, FREE entrance for spectators and buyers, car parking $5.00; Vendors - $50.
