Come join the city of Decatur and celebrate Halloween early with our Haints and Saints Cruise-In followed by a Spooktacular Halloween Parade. Cruise-in from Noon to 3:00 followed by parade line up for those that would like to join in at 3:00. Peoples Choice Best of Show award, great bluegrass band playing at Cruise-in with several other bands during the day.
