Event Description

Hot Rodding for Heroes Classic Auto Tour & Show in Gainesville, Fl
For those not familiar with our event, we are doing a combination 30 mile police escorted tour around Alachua County and Gainesville starting at Santa Fe College, culminating with a show at the picturesque Haile Village Center and on the adjoining Haile Plantation Golf & Country Club.  Specifically, holes 12 and 13 will be covered with cars.  There will be live music, vendors, local shops, raffle items, military flyover, drill team, parachutists, and color guard.  We are a 100% volunteer run charity, with all proceeds benefiting the Gainesville Fisher House for military veterans.
There will also be a charity golf tournament the day before, Friday 2/10/12, at the Haile Plantation Golf & Country Club.
Please see our attached flyer, and visit our website and Facebook for more information.
See everyone there!

1958 Porsche 356 Speedster

The 1958 Porsche 356 Speedster marks the swan song of one of Porsche’s most iconic and minimalist models. Originally introduced in 1954 at the urging of U.S. importer Max Hoffman, the Speedster was designed to be a low cost, lightweight, stripped-down entry sports car that could double as a weekend racer, especially for the California sports car scene. With its low windshield,…

1948 Rover P3 Saloon

The 1948 Rover P3 Saloon marked a pivotal moment in the evolution of British motoring. Introduced in the immediate aftermath of World War II, the P3 was a bridge between prewar craftsmanship and the modern engineering ethos that would come to define Rover’s future.
