South of Houston and over the Causeway in Galveston Texas you will find the 2015 Lone Star Rally. As far as Texas motorcycle rallies go this is the biggest.
Texas at this time of the year still has good weather with daily highs in the 70's and 80's and the Galveston Texas venue offers some pretty cool attractions: the ride over the Causeway, riding alongside the beach with a view of the coast, and the constant parade of bikes riding on Strand Street.
Galveston is a tourist city so it is not short on places to eat and drink with a ton of taverns, bars, and restaurants. Even better is that a lot of these establishments have outdoor areas so you can watch what is going on at the motorcycle rally and the bikes driving around Galveston.
The bike rally also had two bike shows: The Lone Star All-Star Roundup Bike Show (including the Baddest Bagger in Texas Competition) and The Metric Bike Show with some of the best custom builders and their creations, and celebrity judges.
Other rally attractions that you can expect to see in 2015 are the poker run, Miss Lone Star Rally, company promotions and their hot promo girls, the Promenade Costume Contest, manufacturers' big rig setups, and a lot of real good vendors.

1958 Porsche 356 Speedster
The 1958 Porsche 356 Speedster marks the swan song of one of Porsche’s most iconic and minimalist models. Originally introduced in 1954 at the urging of U.S. importer Max Hoffman, the Speedster was designed to be a low cost, lightweight, stripped-down entry sports car that could double as a weekend racer, especially for the California sports car scene. With its low windshield,…

1948 Rover P3 Saloon
The 1948 Rover P3 Saloon marked a pivotal moment in the evolution of British motoring.
