Event Description

Caffeine an Exotics is moved off to next week due to weather. Remember Caffeine and Octane is May 7! May 21 back at Lenox Mall!

The Caffeine and Exotics Car Show was developed by a group of individuals that are committed to developing a nationally recognized event dedicated to the passion and enthusiasm of exotic cars. We are committed to delivering an experience for private exotic car owners and exotic car fans in Atlanta that far exceeds everyone's expectations. Admission is $5 and kids 6 and under are free. $1 of your adimssion goes to Make a Wish.

With fewer events, we are expecting that the demand for reserved space will go up. In an effort to produce something truly unique and different from Caffeine & Octane, we need to raise the bar for what we consider exotic. I don’t know exactly where that bar will land but please don’t take offense if your car is not chosen for every event this season.  In order too maintain the high standards and keep C&E viable, we have had to look for other sources of revenue in addition to sponsorship. We have decided to charge the fans attending the event a $5 admission fee. There is still no charge for car owners selected and there will still be a VIP lounge. Owners will get wristbands and a couple of additional admission tickets on request at no charge.

We have some great sponsors back this season, Motorcars of GA, Butler Tire and Wheels, Porsche Atlanta Perimeter and Magnum Collision and Repair.
Thanks again for all your support. I appreciate you submitting your application for space at C&E by clicking on this link today. I look forward to seeing you.

Best,
Bruce

1958 Porsche 356 Speedster

The 1958 Porsche 356 Speedster marks the swan song of one of Porsche’s most iconic and minimalist models. Originally introduced in 1954 at the urging of U.S. importer Max Hoffman, the Speedster was designed to be a low cost, lightweight, stripped-down entry sports car that could double as a weekend racer, especially for the California sports car scene. With its low windshield,…

1948 Rover P3 Saloon

The 1948 Rover P3 Saloon marked a pivotal moment in the evolution of British motoring. Introduced in the immediate aftermath of World War II, the P3 was a bridge between prewar craftsmanship and the modern engineering ethos that would come to define Rover’s future. Although its styling retained many traditional elements, including an upright grille, separate fenders, and rear-hinged front…

The Volunteer Gap: Thoughts on Why Car Clubs Are Struggling to Fill Leadership Roles, and What to Do About It

With car shows, cruise-ins, tours, parades and varied events across the country, car clubs continue to bring enthusiasts together for camaraderie, preservation, and celebration of automotive history. But behind the scenes, many of these clubs are hitting a serious speed bump: no one wants to take the wheel. Volunteer-run clubs are facing an increasingly common…
