Event Description

After a 5 year absence we will be returning back to Jim R. Miller park this year for Southrnfresh 8. After Southrnfresh 4 the park went through a major renovation and owners changed. And it it was difficult for us to secure a date. After many phone calls we have finally locked in a date and are excited to be closer to the city this year. In the next few days we will be opening registration and vendor / sponsor applications, and releasing more information.

A full renovation is something I wouldn’t say no to if I had the right budget for it. But for now I can only manage step-by-step repairs, more like cosmetic, one room at a time. Right now I’m working on the bathroom, and I found a contractor for bathroom remodeling near me through a site, which helped me a lot. I definitely wouldn’t start laying tiles, drilling into ceramic, and all that myself. I’d be scared to ruin everything.

The “Car Guy’s Garage”

Step inside a place like this and you can almost hear the echoes of every wrench turned and every engine fired back to life. The light hums off the old signs, Route 66, Coca-Cola, Phillips 66, and the smell is that unmistakable mix of oil, leather, and stories. This isn’t just a garage. It’s a…
