This tour will start with sign-in outdoors in the parking lot of Banks Station located at 101-217 Banks Rd in Fayetteville GA. We will be in the parking lot behind Chick Fil-A / The Dwarf House unless it is raining. If it is raining we will be on the sidewalk of the shopping to the right and behind Chick Fil-A since it is covered. Sign-in will begin at 8:30.
We will go a bit out of our way to Peachtree City to the Cars and Coffee event which will be held there before continuing to Macon. We will have lunch at McAllister’s Deli and then proceed to the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame . Admission at the museum is $6.00 per person. This modern facility has a movie theater and interactive displays and memorabilia from sports including football, baseball, basketball, golf, motorsports, weightlifting, track and field and more. The museum covers sports from high school to college, as well as adult amateurs and professional sports. The museum concentrates on athletes who were either from Georgia or played in Georgia.
Registration for the tour will be $15 per vehicle with registration opening on clubregistration.net on Monday 5/22. Registration will close on Sunday July 16 at 6:00 PM. Register at clubregistration.net .
