Father's Day Spectacular lands in Henry County.
July 14th - Jason T. Harper Event Center - McDonough, GA
"HOMETOWN THROWDOWN & SUMMER FEST" begins at 7:30 p.m.,Gates open at 5:30pm at the Jason T. Harper Arena at Heritage Park in McDonough, Georgia. This will be a Family Event! Pack with Awesome Motorcycles, ATV-4 Wheelers, Custom Muscle Cars, Kids Activities, Music and Big Time Professional Wrestling is back with all your favorite WWE, WCW, and Legendary Stars in action.
"Fans will have more of that same great action that we loved to see on WTBS on Saturday nights when WCW [World Championship Wrestling] was around. "UCW has brought back the excitement, family fun, and tradition we all love."
Universal Championship Wrestling, which has offices in Atlanta and Miami, Fla., is continuing its efforts to bring wrestling back to the grass roots level. UCW Tours the country bringing back the WCW style of wrestling to the fans.
Organizers reported the previous 2010 UCW "Fall Brawl" event in Henry County succeeded in drawing over 1,900 professional wrestling fans of all ages from across the Southern Crescent, and 5 States.
"This is a family-friendly show," that will include local vendors & businesses, Music, Games and Activities for kids of all ages prior to and during the big show! Sponsor and vendor space is still available.
Just a few superstars already scheduled to appear are 2014 WWE Hall of Fame Legend Scott Hall aka Razor Ramon.
Hall is a former WWE Intercontinental Champion; WCW Television Champion; WCW United States Champion; WCW Tag Team Champion; 1997 World War 3 winner.
Others scheduled to appear are-
WWE Diva Shelly Martinez, Second Generation Stars Cody Hall, WWE & WCW Wrestling Legend- The Masked Assassin Jody Hamilton, Universal Champion Johnny Swinger of WWE, Flock Member -LODI of WCW, The Juicy Product Tag Team, The Giant Hillbillies, Blake Beretta, Brady Pierce, The Destroyer, NWA's Scotty Mathews and many more.
Over 20 Stars in all for this Live Television Taping. The Show will be filmed, to be aired on cable.
While the card is subject to change, all the stars in attendance will be available to sign autographs before the event and during intermission.
The show will offer a "VIP Super Pass" for $45, which includes front row, ringside seating and back-stage access. Advance Ringside tickets are $20, and $25 the day of the show. Advance Adult General Admission is $12, and $15 the day of the show.
General Admission for Children ages 6, to 12 is $7, and FREE for children under 6.
All military, and Henry County Employees will receive a $3 discount on adult tickets at the door.
