Westview Baptist Church is hosting a Community Car Show Saturday, Oct 7, 2017 RAIN OR SHINE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC @ 10:00AM NO CHARGE FOR ADMISSION TO THE CAR SHOW. FOR SPECTATORS.. All Cars. Trucks and Motorcycles Registration Fee $20.00, day off event $25.00 First 50 Vehicles that pre- registered, will received a goody bag and the first 30 partispates will received a Car Show T-Shirt and a raffle ticket for a gift basket. We will have some unique TROPHIES to give. 8:00 to 10:00- Registration (Entries after 10:00 will be display only) 10:00- open to the public 11:00 -Judging starts 1:00- Judging Ends 2:00- Trophy Presentation TROPHIES Top 10 Best of Show- Truck, Car and Motorcycle Pastor's Choice If you are interested in being a VENDOR, $20.00 for space. Please let me know. *** There will be VENDORS that will sell some of the same items. . I will do my very best to make sure that you will not be side by side to another vendor that sells something similiar to you. Also if you have a at home business base such as R & F, Scentsy, Thirty-One, Orgami there will only be ONE (1) vendor from each company. First Come basis. * Please bring your family and friends, get to know the WBC family, come and shop and meet some of our local vendors in the county. Stop by the Westview Baptist Church area to fill out a card letting us know you were there. If you register your car or as a Vendor by July 31, you will receive FREE Lunch (Hot Dog, Chips and a drink). A few questions that folks have asked. ** It has been asked if this is our first time of coordinating a Car Show, No we held one in Oct. 2015. I have personally have coordinated over 8 ecar shows vents, **How will you advertise? Aal media, Chapel Hills News, Fish, J93.3 on their calendars, word of mouth, hopefully you will share the invite on your page and also through fliers. *** How many cars do you expect? I do not know to be honest with you. I try to plan the car show where there is not alot of other carshows going on at the time we set a date, which this date as been set since December 2016. *** How many people do you expect? Again, I do not know the answer to that. I will do my part all over social media, and if you would like please help me get the word out. I am looking for the following, if you know someone would you please give them my information, or can give it to me. Sponsors for this event. There is no limit, what ever you are lead to give. It will help with the following: Advertising, T-shirts for the first 30 Registrates, Food for the Vendors and Car Registration, I am also looking for the followingL Face painting Fudge Maker Local Designer that has created their own line and would like to show their to the public. Musician- if you have a talent is singing, we will have open mic during this event. Jumpy float Do you know of a Vendor that sells signs, car, or motorcyle items. Please let me know.
