Car Show Help

My name is Jesse and I have been tasked with organizing a car show for the last weekend in September and I have no idea where to start. A friend told me about this forum and suggested I start here.

The car show is part of a friends and family weeked to benefit our community music and food programs. I am looking for car clubs, bike clubs, and individuals to participate. Any help/direction would be greatly appreciated.

We are in the Conyers/Covington Ga area. I can be reached at
