They cruise up and back on the top 9 miles of Woodward Ave, starting about 10 miles north of Detroit.The avenue makes a loop through Pontiac, MI and then the cruisers head south again 9 miles to around Eleven Mile Rd. Woodward has a rich history of street racing. They say factories tested experimental hot rods there in the sixties.
