A heat exchanger is the exact opposite of a boiler. Here, you heat the outside of the pipe and pump water into the center of the pipe. get it hot enough and you get steam. Get it really hot- Hydrogen hot- and you get super heated steam. It will need a burner and a shroud. Stay tuned.
