WHY COLLAGEN IS IMPORTANT

Collagen is the main protein in connective tissue.Raw Science multi-collagen pills have all the required types 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10. The main signs of a lack of collagen are brittle nails, hair loss, stretch marks, the appearance of wrinkles, long-lasting creases on the skin after sleep, and joint pain.

It is not so much the format itself that is important but the type of collagen in the composition of a particular product.  It is responsible for the skin's elasticity, the strength of the joints and bones, and the protection of muscles, including the heart. In men, the collagen concentration in the body is higher than in women (women begin to lose it after 25 years), which is why doctors recommend paying attention to dietary supplements. After childbirth, a woman will also likely need an additional collagen intake, but it is better to consult a doctor.

The idea goes back to Europe, where the word simply meant a “competition of elegance.” Long before automobiles, wealthy owners paraded fine carriages, fine horses, and fine clothes. When automobiles replaced carriages, the same idea carried over. The…
