I'd love to do some modifications to it, it's a 2001 with the 3.0 Liter V6. Most of the performance parts are made for the 4.0 so the biggest modification I'd consider is a 4.0 swap, and if that engine can take a bigger transmission I'd swap it out too in a heartbeat, the one I have has been rebuilt. I also would like to install an audio system that goes above and beyond what can be done with off-the-shelf parts. Fiberglass or otherwise custom-built box, component speakers, Double-din head unit and either moving the HVAC controls to another location or shrinking the space for the vents in the center.

Thanks Mike, though to be honest if you got any pictures of my ranger, they would no doubt be rather boring, as my ranger is stock at the moment. I look forward to meeting you.
Hey, thanks for helping out we got the steering arm bent back the right way and it was working great for the race. The car felt way better even though we only got 4 green flag laps. Ill write about this weeknd for sure! See you next time.
Thanks! I really put a lot of work and time in it, it may not be as nice as one that was professionally done, but I am proud of it. I have always loved VW's, the vans and the cars. My grandfather and my dad was always crazy about them, my first car was a 65 VW beetle. My dad currently owns a 85 Westfalia VW camper van and my mom recently bought her a 74 VW beetle. I guess it runs in the blood.
Mike,
Just wanted to let you know that we've uploaded pics of the Chevelle from it's origins to it's ultimate transformation! Hope you enjoy! I'll be posting a few more pics of our family of Chevy's new and old. Have a great day!

Thanks for the help with the Poker Run. It will take a while for me to learn to navigate your website. At the moment I'm very busy with the poker run and another event we produce each September. Since most of our members are under retirement age, they work through the week and it's left to me to do all the planning. Will try to look you up at the next show at Holly Hill.
Michael, sorry about missing the event in Braselton. We had our grandaughter Sunday after church. We would love to get together sometime and meet some of your friends. Keep in touch. Always looking for a reason to get the Mustang out.
Appreciate the warm welcome! Looking forward to interacting with the group. long with fellow member, Jim Nelson, heade to Chatt Wed to pick up the Hot Rod Power Tour. Onto B'Ham & Mobile from there. You participating? Duff
