The best way to promote your event is to post it on the Events Calendar.  Each promoter or club should post their own events. This is the best way to communicate to participants. The website, of course, is www.southeastwheelsevents.com. Anyone who has the information can just go to the Events Calendar, hit “+Add” and fill in the blanks. It is all free. Let me know if I can help at all else.
One suggestion is to use the Event URL to send to folks via emails and track the RSVPs on the site, as well.
Sincerely
