Sorry it took so long reply. I just happened on your post.  I was stationed in Europe (Germany) for many years and I used to go to the UK via the Chunnel quite a bit.  I have seen a lot of British Hot Rods.  Post the pics when you get the body done and mounted.  Would love to see it.

Engine looks like a Chevy Small block, a 350?.  If you go to any shows over there please send some pics.
