Get ready, because one of the most epic beater showdowns to grace the racetrack is coming this weekend, December 9 and 10. The 24 Hours of Lemons, a two-day contest amongst race cars that can't be valued at more than $500, brings hoopties from near and far for a hilarious battle of brains, brawn, strategy and a lot of guts.
These cars will not only be working to outpace the competition, but will try to survive the toll that two days of racing takes on their jalopies. What could be more fun than witnessing this?!
Tickets on sale for $30 at the gate. Children and teens 16 and under admitted for free.
