Event Description

Atlanta Motoring Festival — Roswell City Hall

After considerable discussion and careful consideration, we are preparing to make an **unprecedented announcement: the 7th Annual Roswell Motoring Festival, scheduled for this Saturday, October 10, will be rescheduled to Saturday, November 14, 2026.**
This is not a decision we take lightly. With the threat of severe weather associated with the approaching storm and the potential for unsafe conditions in our area, we believe postponing the festival is the most responsible course of action.
**The safety and well-being of our volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, guests, and staff must always come first.** With so many moving parts involved in producing an event of this magnitude, we cannot responsibly risk the safety of those who have worked so hard to make it possible.
While this is an unprecedented step for our festival, we firmly believe it is the right decision. Our commitment to delivering an exceptional automotive celebration, while supporting our friends and beneficiaries at **VetBuds**, remains stronger than ever.
We are preparing our official public announcement and ask that everyone refrain from communicating the date change externally until that announcement has been released. We will then begin coordinating with our sponsors, registered participants, vendors, volunteers, and community partners to ensure a smooth transition to November 14.
I want to personally thank each of you for your extraordinary dedication, flexibility, and understanding. Your hard work has brought us this far, and I am confident that together we will turn this unexpected challenge into an even more successful Roswell Motoring Festival.
**The date may change, but our mission, enthusiasm, and commitment to our community will not.**
Thank you all for standing together.
Warmest regards,

Philip  Carroll - Founder Co-Chairman
The Atlanta Motoring Festival  & Concours d'Elegance

by Mike Thies - Certified Vehicle Appraiser - https://i-van-mikethies.com/

Karma is a simple idea. What you put out comes back to you. Spend enough years crawling under cars with a flashlight and you learn the appraisal business runs on the same rule. The car remembers everything that was done to it, and…

Judge Spotlight: Honoring the People Behind the Awards, by Mike Thies

I believe my Blog provides an excellent platform to recognize the dedicated, long-term judges who support the car hobby and events throughout the country. Some have contributed decades of service while judging several major events every year. Their knowledge, fairness and willingness to share what they have learned help preserve the integrity of concours judging. I invite…
