How to make a plan for personal and emotional self-care:
Becoming aware: informing ourselves about which healthy lifestyles will promote our overall well-being
Discernment: list and describe our current lifestyle habits and assess their impact on our health.
Action strategy: establish a daily routine to incorporate these new habits little by little into our lives and, simultaneously, eliminate unhealthy habits.
Support network: seek and request the necessary help to carry out this plan, personal (family, friends, etc.) and professional (nutritionists, personal trainers, psychotherapists, tutors, writers - for more information - check this https://www.wowessays.com/, etc.).
